Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days via Canada Post and include tracking. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays and/or nationally observed Canadian holidays.

Express orders (Xpresspost) will ship on the next business day. Express delivery is available for orders shipping within Canada only.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Orders may be split across multiple shipments in which case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


  • Orders within Canada that are $75 or more (before tax & after discounts) qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders less than $75 are charged a flat rate based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • If you wish to upgrade to Xpresspost shipping, additional charges may apply and will vary depending on your location (orders ship from Richmond Hill, ON)  Additional fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • FREE LOCAL PICK UP is available from 35 Hunt Ave. in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Simply choose the Pick Up option at checkout. You will receive a pick up notification email when your order is ready (usually within 24-48 hours). Please keep an eye out for this email as it may end up in your spam or junk folder and it contains the information and next steps for your pick up.

*All packages must be picked up within 1 week of receiving the pick up notification email unless otherwise arranged. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange pick up.

**Pick Up orders cannot be canceled after the Pick Up Notification email has been sent. At that point, the order must be picked up. 


    • Orders to the US that are $100 CAD or more (before tax & after discounts) qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders less than $100 CAD are charged a flat rate of $18. *Please Note, the customer is responsible for any import, taxes, and/or duty fees if applicable.


    • If you live outside of North America, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and will be determined based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the package.


    Important To Note:

    Pōedik is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to an entry error at checkout. Please double check all personal information to ensure it is accurate before completing your order.

    Pōedik is also not responsible for packages once they are handed over to Canada Post. All orders are shipped with tracking so if there is an issue, an error or delay, it is essential that you contact Canada Post directly. Please keep me in the loop and I will do my best to help when possible.



    All shipping materials have been carefully selected to be as gentle on the environment as possible. I re-use boxes from my suppliers and local shops whenever I can which means your box might have writing, labels or branding unrelated to your order. The inner packaging I use has been thoughtfully selected and is made from eco-friendly, recycled materials and can either be reused or easily recycled again. All orders are packed plastic-free however some products do have minimal plastic that comes directly from the manufacturer. Each order has been packaged by me personally with love and care, and your items should arrive in perfect condition.


    To make it as easy as possible, Pōedik accepts most payment options such as Shop Pay, G Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and most major Credit Cards. If you would like to pay via e-transfer, please email me first at before you place your order.


    I am confident that you will love your purchase however if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund less any shipping charges**  Pōedik will accept the return of most items within 30 days of the order shipment date.  Returns requested after 30 days and up to 45 days will be refunded in the form of a gift card only.  Because Pōedik is a very small business, we cannot accept returns requested more than 45 days after the original order ship date.

    Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Returned items must be delivered back unused, in the original packaging (if possible) and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund. Pōedik cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore I highly recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service.
