At this time, we do not offer physical gift cards, only electronic versions that will be emailed to either yourself or your gift recipient.

Yes! If you would like to have all or some of your items gift wrapped, simply check the "THIS IS A GIFT" box in your cart first, followed by the "GIFT WRAP" box which will automatically add the $5 fee to your order. You can also add an optional Gift Message in the space provided.
*Please note, if you choose the gift wrap option, I kindly ask that you indicate in the "Special Instructions" area, which items you would like wrapped.
Sustainability is very important to us which is why all packaging materials have been carefully selected to be as gentle on the environment as possible. I re-use boxes from suppliers and local shops whenever possible, which means your box may have writing, labels or branding on it that's unrelated to your order.
The inner packaging has also been thoughtfully selected and is made from eco-friendly, recycled materials that can either be reused or recycled again.
All orders are packed plastic-free, however some products do have minimal plastic that comes directly from the manufacturer.
Each order has been thoughtfully packaged with care by me personally, and your items should arrive in perfect condition.
For shipping within Canada, your order will qualify for Free Shipping if you spend $75 or more before tax and after discounts. For orders less than $75, a discounted flat rate will apply and vary depending on where you are located. Flat rates range from $9 - $18
For shipping to the USA, your order will qualify for Free Shipping if you spend $100 or more before tax and after discounts. For orders less than $100 a discounted flat rate of $20 will apply.
For orders shipping to all other countries, your shipping fee will depend on where you are located as well as the size and weight of the items ordered.

Our goal is to get your order packed and shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. However, it can sometimes take a little longer depending on when your order is placed.

If you're in Canada and select Xpresspost at checkout, your order will ship the next business day.

Yes! There are several options if you are sending your order as a gift.
1. You can choose to have your items gift wrapped for a small fee of $5
2. You can add a personalized gift message that will be written on either a branded note card or on a greeting card that you purchase.
3. You can have your order shipped directly to the recipient by simply using their address as the shipping address at check out.
All of this can be done in your cart and during the check out process.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of regular price or promotional items that are unused and in the same condition they arrived in within 30 days of the order shipment date (the day you receive the shipping notification email).
Items that have been marked down are final sale and cannot be returned.
Because we are such a small business, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items that have been marked down. Items that are marked down are final sale.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund less any shipping charges. Simply contact us with your return request and reason, and we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please note, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order shipping date (the day you receive the shipping notification email) in order to receive a full refund.
If a return is requested after 30 days but before 45 days from the shipping date, you will receive a refund in the form of a Poedik gift card.
Returns requested after 45 days will not be accepted.
An exchange can only be processed for local orders that can exchange the product in person at 35 Hunt Avenue in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
If you are not able to come by in person, you will need to return your item (see our return policy), and place a new order.
The only cost to return your item is the price of the shipping (with tracking) from your location to Richmond Hill, Ontario and will vary depending on where you're shipping from.
There are no additional fees for handling or restocking.
Your refund will be issued as soon as the returned item(s) has been received, inspected & approved, usually within 24 hours of it arriving here at Poedik HQ.
Please note, you will not be refunded for any shipping fees, only for the product (including taxes) that you returned.
Yes! Poedik is a proud member of 1% for the Planet which means that at least 1% of sales (not profits) are donated to our choice of non-profit organizations. Donations are made on an annual basis in a lump sum and the non-profit organization(s) is chosen at time of donating.
