Shipping

Where do you ship?  We ship worldwide!  At this time we only offer Flat Rate Shipping for the UK, Australia, Canada and USA with the option to get Free Shipping only in Canada and the USA.  If you do not live in one of those countries, your shipping cost will be determined based on the destination as well as the size and weight of the items you are purchasing.

How does Local Pickup work?  It's super simple and absolutely Free! All you need to do is select "Pickup" at checkout instead of "Ship" and you will receive an email with a few details and a contact number to arrange a date and time for you to pick up your package. During these COVID times, if you wish to have contactless pickup, make sure to specify that in your email or text message and that will be arranged.

Can I Cancel my order if I change my mind?  Absolutely! All you need to do is reply to your order confirmation email within an hour after you receive it to request a cancellation. 

Returns

Can I return Markdown items?  Yes! Returns of items that have been marked down are accepted however, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Same timelines and instructions apply for the return. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for more information.

Discounts & Currency

Can I use more than one Discount Code on the same order?  Unfortunately, only one discount can be applied per order.  This is not a Pōedik thing but a back-end/site restriction thing. Sorry :( 

Do you only accept Canadian Currency?  Nope! We currently accept 5 different currencies, Canadian (obviously), USD, AUD, EUR & GBP.  Simply select the currency you wish to shop and checkout in from the drop-down menu located at the top left of the screen, beside the Search function.

Customer Care

What do I do if I don't know my size?  No problem! On every product page below the description you will find size charts (for apparel items) to help you determine the proper size for you. If there is not a size chart and/or you're still not sure, you can Ask a Question (also from the product page).  Simply click on the '+' symbol to expand the form and ask away!  Another way to ask is to visit our Contact Us page which you can find at the bottom of any page you're on.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?  Not at this time however this is something I'm considering for the Holiday season!  Stay tuned :)  In the meantime though, all Pōedik orders ship with 100% eco-friendly, custom packaging and I personally put a lot of time and care into wrapping and packing each one to give each customer the experience of opening a gift when they receive it.
